Fun Things...

Well, as I'm sure you all know we are having an extended play time here at duPont. Mommie was upset because we have to stay here longer then expected so she took me outside and gave me a tattoo. I was told that only Mommies and Daddies can give tattoos -- I will listen to them but gosh it looks like so much fun to do!

Swiming...

I love to swim!  My mommie has taken us to Nana's house to go swimming almost everyday this past week!  I have so much fun.  At first I didn't think I could swim and I would squeal like a little piggy but now I am so brave and I swim really good.  I can even go in the deep end and jump in!  One day I want to teach Gavi how to swim.  Gavin likes to watch me swim and it makes him smile!

Hanging Out...

This week I have been playing at the hospital because my brother is sick. He is getting better but we have to stay here a little longer. Today we took walks around the hospital and I got to ride on Gavin's IV pole. Yesterday I got to ride around in my very own police car and I used my feet to push it around.

I can't wait to sleep in my own bed at home but I am having lots of fun here. I juts don't understand why Mommie and Daddy don't like being here. There is so much to do and so much to get into.

My First Hair Cut...

Yesterday I took my first trip to the salon. I got to sit is a big spinney chair and wear a really cool pink cape over my body. The nice girl wet my hair, cut it and then blew it dry. I got a nice certificate and a lolly pop. Mommie and Daddy say I look so pretty! Here are a few pictures of my special day...

My Aunt Jenny...

My Aunt Jenny is the coolest aunt ever. She comes to play with me and lets me play Doctor on her and put her to sleep in my bed. She has pictures all over her skin, which I think is very cool but mommie says I can't get pictures on my body -- not yet. Today is her birthday and I want her to know that I love her very much.

Week 1

Horton Hears a Who...

This past weekend Mommie and Daddy left Gavin with Nana and Poppop and took me to the movies to see Horton Hears a Who. Poppop gave me $4.00 and I bought chocolate covered raisins. They were very yummy. I sat through the whole movie and had a great time. It was very dark and the movie was very loud but I was not scared! I plan on going again soon. hint. hint.
